As a Cybersecurity Expert Evaluator for the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre, I assess proposals under EU funding programmes including Horizon Europe and Digital Europe, reviewing them against the criteria consortium partners need to satisfy: alignment with EU strategic objectives, technical excellence, and impact potential.
